Stainless Steel Welded Pipe

Stainless steel welded pipe processing uses steel strip as raw material. The strips are first cut to specifications, then rolled into round shapes. The weld seams are then fused using high-frequency welding and argon arc welding. Following this, the weld seams are ground and smoothed, solution annealed to relieve stress, and then polished internally and externally, pickled and passivated. After hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing, the pipes are cut to length and can be processed into round, square, and rectangular pipes as needed. Custom surface finishes such as brushed, mirror, and seamless finishes are also available.
