304 standard tensile strength ≥ 520MPa, yield strength ≥ 210MPa.

Welding quality

Weld efficiency (E) affects actual pressure bearing capacity; high-quality welded pipes can achieve an E value of 0.85-0.95.

Operating temperature

As temperature increases, allowable stress decreases; performance is optimal at room temperature (20℃).

Safety factor

Fluid pipes typically require 2-3 times the allowable stress; high-pressure hazardous media require 4 times or more.
