309S Stainless Steel Coils

309S stainless steel coils are heat-resistant austenitic steels with outstanding high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, able to withstand the oxidative corrosion of high-temperature flue gas. They possess excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance, and are not prone to deformation or cracking under high-temperature conditions. They are highly corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant, with good weldability and cold/hot working properties, making them suitable for high-temperature industrial applications such as furnace linings, high-temperature flues, heat treatment equipment, and incinerator accessories. Their durability far exceeds that of ordinary stainless steel materials.

309S Stainless Steel Coil (National Standard 06Cr23Ni13) High Temperature Resistance:

Continuous Long-Term Use Temperature: 900℃～980℃

Short-Term/Intermittent High Temperature Resistance: Up to 1000℃～1050℃

Extreme Oxidation Resistance Temperature: Approximately 1038℃ under non-cyclic stable conditions

Notes:

Below 980℃: Can be repeatedly heated and used stably for a long time, with optimal oxidation and creep resistance.

Above 1000℃: Only suitable for short-term, intermittent use; continuous high temperatures will accelerate oxidation and reduce lifespan.

Performance is slightly lower than 310S, but far superior to 304/316L, suitable for furnaces, heat treatment equipment, high-temperature flues, etc.
