How to Correctly Select 310S Stainless Steel Coil Specifications

1. Select Thickness Based on Working Conditions: For lightweight sheet metal, furnace linings, and pipe insulation shells, choose cold-rolled 0.3–3.0mm; for high-temperature load-bearing components, furnace plates, and incinerator structural parts, choose hot-rolled 3.0–12mm medium-thick coils.

2. Select Width Based on Material Size: For general applications, choose standard widths of 1000mm, 1219mm, and 1500mm to save on cutting waste; for narrow strips or non-standard widths, have the manufacturer customize them in slits.

3. Select Type Based on Surface Finish Requirements: For ordinary bending processing, choose 2B precision finish; for high-temperature industrial equipment and furnace bodies, choose NO.1 hot-rolled pickled finish; for appearance requirements, choose brushed or frosted finishes.

4. Verify Material Standard: Always choose genuine 06Cr25Ni20 (national standard), request a material quality certificate, and avoid low-chromium, low-nickel, non-standard imitations to ensure high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance meet standards.

5. Determine the processing method in advance. If leveling, cutting, or trimming is required, inform the manufacturer directly when placing the order. One-stop processing saves on secondary processing costs.
