12Cr1MoV seamless steel pipe is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium pearlitic low-alloy heat-resistant seamless steel pipe. The boiler-specific grade is 12Cr1MoVG, and it mainly conforms to the GB/T 5310 standard, "Seamless Steel Tubes for High-Pressure Boilers." It is a core heat-resistant pipe material for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure power plant thermal systems in China.
The material is based on low carbon, combined with 0.90%~1.20% chromium and 0.25%~0.35% molybdenum core alloys. 0.15%~0.30% vanadium is introduced to refine the grain and strengthen grain boundaries, and harmful impurities are strictly controlled. Its core performance advantages are significant: it maintains stable creep strength and oxidation resistance even under long-term service at 580℃; its high-temperature creep strength and fatigue life are superior to 15CrMo heat-resistant steel, with no significant risk of high-temperature aging; it is seamlessly integrally formed without weld seams or weak points, with uniform microstructure throughout, resulting in high pressure-bearing reliability; its hardening tendency is controllable, and stable welding can be achieved through standardized preheating and post-weld tempering heat treatment; the construction process is mature.
