Processing Flow Chart

Raw material substrate (cold-rolled/hot-rolled steel plate) → Alkali washing degreasing, removing oil and impurities → Multi stage water washing, cleaning residual chemicals → Pickling removes rust and removes iron oxide scale → A second water wash purifies the board surface → Solvent-assisted plating enhances zinc layer adhesion → Drying and removing moisture to prevent molten zinc from splashing → Hot-dip galvanizing, immersion in molten zinc at 450°C → Air knife controls zinc coating thickness evenly → Cooling and shaping, air cooling/water mist cooling → Post-treatment, passivation/fingerprint resistance/oiling → Straightening and leveling to ensure board surface accuracy → Shortening/rolling to length, forming and processing → Inspection and acceptance for warehousing
