1. Overall Performance

1100 is high-purity industrial pure aluminum with a naturally dense oxide protective film, providing excellent basic corrosion resistance. It is not prone to rusting or oxidation/discoloration in normal atmospheric environments.

2. Performance in Different Environments

Inland dry atmosphere: Excellent corrosion resistance, stable and durable for long-term outdoor use, suitable for pipes and external wall insulation.

Ordinary humid environment: Good rust prevention effect, easily resists daily rain and moisture.

Coastal salt spray, high humidity and rainy areas: Moderate corrosion resistance, prone to slight whitening and oxidation with long-term use, weak resistance to salt spray.

Chemical acid and alkali, flue gas corrosion environment: Poor corrosion resistance, unsuitable for use in strong acid, strong alkali, or heavily polluted factory areas.
