With mature and stable production processes, the zinc coating is uniform and has strong adhesion. Boasting large-scale production capacity and ample stock, the company offers deep processing services such as cutting, threading, grooving, and flange matching. Strictly adhering to national quality standards, the company supports customization and nationwide fast delivery. With its strong overall supply capabilities, it can meet the one-stop procurement needs of various projects.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe is a steel pipe product created by immersing ordinary steel pipes into a bath of molten zinc, where a high-temperature reaction forms a protective layer on the surface consisting of a zinc-iron alloy and a pure zinc coating.
This process endows the steel pipes with excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and longevity, effectively preventing the steel from rusting in humid, outdoor, or corrosive environments.
Key Features:
Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use
Uniform coating with strong adhesion; resistant to peeling
Long service life and low maintenance costs
High structural strength, suitable for structural applications and fluid conveyance
Common Applications:
Construction structures, fire protection piping, water transmission systems, industrial engineering projects, municipal infrastructure, and related fields.

Special Specifications
Material Standard: Mainstream is Q235B carbon structural steel, Q355B is used in some high-pressure applications.
Length Specification: Standard 6 meters / 9 meters, custom lengths from 3 to 12 meters are available, with a length accuracy of ±5mm.
Connection Method: Small diameter (≤DN100) commonly uses threaded/grooved connections, large diameter (≥DN125) mostly uses flange connections.
Execution Standard: Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation comply with GB/T 3091-2025, seamless hot-dip galvanized steel pipes comply with GB/T 8163.
Is hot-dip galvanized steel pipe a type of carbon steel or stainless steel?
Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is a type of carbon steel, not stainless steel. It uses Q235B, Q355B and other carbon structural steel/low alloy steel pipes as the base material, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment. In essence, it is still a carbon steel pipe. Stainless steel (such as 304, 316) relies on its own chromium-nickel alloy for corrosion resistance and does not need galvanizing; while hot-dip galvanized steel pipes rely on the outer zinc layer for rust prevention, and the base material is still carbon steel.
