6063 Aluminum Alloy Sheet

6063 Aluminum Alloy Sheet belongs to the Al-Mg-Si system of heat-treatable and wrought aluminum alloys, often referred to as "architectural profile alloys." It uses aluminum as the base material, with silicon (0.20-0.60%) and magnesium (0.45-0.9%) as the main alloying elements. The strengthening phase is Mg₂Si, and different strength states can be obtained through heat treatment. Compared to 6061, it prioritizes extrudability and surface quality. While its strength is slightly lower, it offers superior appearance after processing and anodizing, making it the most commonly used extrusion material among 6-series alloys.
